Join us today and every Tuesday at the Senior Center through February 27 from 12:30 AM to 1:30 PM for “Posture, Strength & Yoga.” This beginner class helps to teach simple Yoga poses (both on mats and standing) to improve postural alignment, muscle tone, flexibility, and agility. $40.00 for eight classes or $6.00 per class drop in.
