The Windsor Youth Services Bureau is offering a cycle of Mother/Daughter Circle, a dynamic weekly program for mothers or female guardians to strengthen their bonds with their daughters. This program meets weekly for eight weeks beginning February 15 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, at the Community Center at 330 Windsor Avenue. Dinner is provided. Payment of $20 is required at registration. Upon successfully completing the course, participants will receive their registration fee back as a user credit for future programs/events. Credit must be used within 12 months of registration.
