Beginning tonight, Hwa Yu Tai Chi class will meet from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the L.P. Wilson Community Center on Tuesdays and Thursdays through December 31. Hwa Yu is known for its benefits of toning muscles, improving balance and strengthening bones. Students work to develop their deep muscle tissue and mindfulness. $50.00    | ||||
