The Town Clerk’s Office continues the long-standing tradition of issuing free marriage licenses on Valentine’s Day. The wedding ceremony must take place in Windsor for the license to be valid. All couples are eligible to win a romantic gift basket containing items donated by our local merchants. Justice of the Peace services may be arranged if requested in advance.
