From 9 AM to 1 PM today, those age 60 or older can take the Driver Safety Program presented by AARP. This course qualifies you for lower insurance rates in Connecticut. $15 with AARP membership card or $20 for non-members. Call 860-285-1992 to make a reservation.    | ||||
