Windsor Senior Transportation (Dial-a-Ride), In-Town Rides - Transportation to locations around town is provided for medical appointments, shopping, banking, and more by Windsor Senior Transportation (Dial-a-Ride program), Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Windsor seniors age 60 or more and adults who are receiving Social Security Disability benefits are eligible to use this service once enrolled.
