Basic Cooking for Kids with Special Needs takes place every Monday through April 1 from 5:30 to 7:00 PM at the Community Center at 330 Windsor Avenue. This is an interactive program is for kids aged 5 to 11 with special needs. Participants will learn skills like measuring and weighing ingredients, how to read a recipe, technique, kitchen safety, and more in a safe, welcoming, and accepting environment.
