Basic Baking for Kids with Special Needs takes place every Monday through January 28 from 5:30 to 7:00 PM at the Community Center at 330 Windsor Avenue. This is an interactive program is for kids aged 5 to 11 with special needs. Participants will learn skills like measuring and weighing ingredients, how to read a recipe, proper mixing technique, kitchen safety, and much more in a safe, welcoming, and accepting environment. They’ll be able to participate in every step of the baking process and then taste their creations at the end of the class! No class January 21. $25. 860-285-1990.    | ||||
