Windsor Art Center Opening Reception: Hartford Parallax 1-2-3: ‘Round Hartford is this evening from 5 to 7 PM. Iconic Connecticut photographer Jack McConnell will present his rediscovery of our Capital City and the 28 surrounding towns. The exhibit runs from January 12 through February 23.
