The R.I.S.E. elementary school program is a well supervised, engaging after-school program for children in grades 1 through 5 held Monday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the Community Center at 330 Windsor Avenue. Children enjoy friends, fun, sports, games, science projects, arts & crafts, snacks, homework assistance, the Windsorland-Indoor playscape, and more. Transportation is provided from all Windsor public schools to the Community Center. The R.I.S.E. Program follows all school cancellation policies. Monthly payments are due on the last Thursday of the month for the following month. $185.00 per month. 860-285-1990.
