Adult Swimming Lessons are designed for adults who have had very little formal swim instruction -- or no instruction at all -- but are ready to take the plunge. The instructors are patient and work with everyone individually on a 1:1 instructor/student ratio. Adults will learn basic-level swimming and safety skills, including the development of breath control, floating, gliding, kicking on front and back, rotary breathing, arm strokes on front and back, safety skills, and entries and exits. Lessons are held at the Windsor High School pool on Tuesday evenings from 6:00 to 6:30 PM or 6:30 to 7:00 PM from January 8 to February 26. $60. 860-285-1990.    | ||||
