Adult Swimming Lessons: This program is designed for adults that have not had any formal swim instruction or very little instruction, but are ready to take the plunge. The instructors are patient and works with everyone individually on a 1:1 instructor-student ratio. Adults will learn basic level swimming and safety skills including the development of breath control, floating, gliding, kicking on front and back, rotary breathing, arm strokes on front and back, safety skills, and entries and exits. Lessons are held at the Windsor High School Pool on Tuesday evenings from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM or 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM from January 9 to March 1. $60.00. Register at the Recreation Department or online.
