Join Naturalist-author “Wildman” Steve Brill on Sunday, June 3rd from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM for a Wild, Edible, Useful, and Medicinal Plants foraging tour at Northwest Park. The two-hour walking tour of the grounds is suitable for adults and children. With cultivated areas, meadows, fields, disturbed habitats, woods, plus a river, all with their own flora, there will be plenty of surprises in store on this tour. From singing to dancing, comedy to poetry, to playing a musical instrument... ALL talents welcome!

WHS History Hunt meeting June 4th!
One of the best programs Windsor Historical Society offered last year was October’s Great Windsor History Hunt. Carloads of friends and families came to the Society to pick up clues to a fascinating array of historic sites in Windsor and headed out in their cars to start looking. Once the site was found, someone snapped a photo onsite with their cell phone. By mid-afternoon, most people were finished and returned to the Society to sample delicious refreshments, get a booklet of information about all of the sites they’d found, and enter a drawing for prizes. Robert Noreika is a graduate of Paier School of Art and has been a professional artist and instructor for over 40 years. His talent encompasses watercolors, oils, and fluid acrylics.
