The Windsor Health Department is hosting a series of 6 Hypertension Workshops or High Blood Pressure Workshops. These workshops are scheduled over the summer and will be offered via Zoom. The dates and topics are listed below. In addition, each time you return the workshop evaluation and the Pre-Diabetes Risk Test, you will receive a $5 First Town Downtown Gift Card with a maximum of $30 awarded. Artists in the LGBTQIA+ community are using their artwork to address coming out, acceptance by friends and family and, most importantly, acceptance of self and how that has changed over the last 50 years.

Celebrate Trails Day and Join First Town Downtown to keep Windsor Center looking beautiful! Now that snow has melted, we need help picking up trash that has accumulated around town, especially on our sidewalks and alleyways. Join our group of volunteers on Saturday, June 4, from 9:00-12:00 AM. We will provide gloves, trash bags and bottled water donated by Windsor ACE Hardware. Kimberly Hall North hosts an Alzheimer's Support Group for anyone taking care of a loved one with Alzheimer's or a related dementia or if you would like to learn more about the disease. The group is open to both members of the community or those who have loved ones at Kimberly Hall.

Kate Bartelmo, is the support group leader she is a MSW, Certified Dementia Practitioner and has been running a support group for over 10 years. The group is affiliated with The Alzheimer's Association.
