WINTER 2022 • Session 1
Sundays 6:00-7:00 pm (1 hour)

January 2, 9, 16, 23, 30; February 6 – for a 6 week session
Class can be done in chair (provided)
or on floor (bring your own yoga mat and mask)

Charge: $72 per person for this 6-week series. Sorry, NO drop-ins.
Min. 4, Max. 8

Masks must be worn per Town of Windsor (Mats are kept 10 feet apart).

Therapeutic yoga is a system of self-care that focuses on easy to learn yoga postures, breathing exercises and meditation that can be done anywhere and anytime to help manage stress and to promote the following:

Join our Virtual Book Club for a lively discussion of The Lions of Fifth Avenue by Fiona Davis. Discussions are held on Zoom on the second Thursday of every month from 2:00 to 3:00 PM. Books are available at the Lending Desk, one month prior to each meeting.

In order to participate with Zoom securely, please register on our website by 1:00 PM on January 13 at https://www.windsorlibrary.com/adult/sign-up-for-a-program/. The Zoom link will be sent out to registered parties the day of the program.

Kimberly Hall North hosts an Alzheimer's Support Group for anyone taking care of a loved one with Alzheimer's or a related dementia or if you would like to learn more about the disease. The group is open to both members of the community or those who have loved ones at Kimberly Hall.

Kate Bartelmo, is the support group leader she is a MSW, Certified Dementia Practitioner and has been running a support group for over 10 years. The group is affiliated with The Alzheimer's Association.
