The 45th Annual Windsor Lions Spring Arts and Crafts festival, featuring non commercial crafts will be held on the beautiful Windsor Town Green, 275 Broad Street, on May 8th, the Saturday of Mother’s Day weekend, from 9-4. Many varied crafts will be featured. This year, our Craft Fair will operate in compliance with all state mandated COVID regulations, including mask wearing, hand sanitizing stations, and social distancing. Join us for this great event in lovely downtown Windsor.

Tired of cooking? Come join the Windsor Police Cadets for their Annual Spaghetti Supper, to be held Saturday, May 8, 2021 at Bart’s Drive In-Restaurant, 55 Palisado Avenue, Windsor, CT from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM. The event will be curbside pick up only.

The cost of tickets are $10.00 and must be purchased in advance. For advance tickets, contact Detective Nicole Alberti @ (860) 983-3508 or can be purchased at Bart’s. Tickets will not be available at the door.

The 2021 WinWag Photo Contest is open to residents of Windsor, CT only.

Submit a photo of your dog in the puppy or adult dog category between May 5th and May 18th. Online public voting begins on May 20th and ends on June 1st. Winners will be announced by 9:00 AM on June 2nd.

All Entry photos must be current. Your photo may contain the image of the dog only. One dog per photo/entry, limit one entry per dog, but you may enter as many dogs as you like. no video submissions.

The Windsor Public Library is hosting a special Virtual Mother’s Day Tea on Saturday, May 8 at 2:00 PM. Children of all ages are welcome to join their moms, grandmas, aunts, sisters or other special ladies in their life to enjoy tea, cookies, a craft, and more. Those who register for this event will also receive a Mother’s Day Tea Kit. Everyone who would like a kit (children and adults alike) will need to register for this program individually. Mother’s Day Tea Kits will be available for pick up Saturday, May 1 through Thursday, May 6.
