Collecting canned pasta, meats, soups & stews for the Windsor Food & Fuel Bank. Bring what you can! Drive-By Drop Off - You won't even need to leave your car!

This has been a difficult winter for many Windsor residents because of COVID and a snowy, cold season. That is why a group of Windsor residents is inviting the public to support a non-contact, safe “Live. Love. Give. Drive-Up Food Collection” to benefit the Windsor Food & Fuel Bank.

Lions Club Offers Sweet Deal!
The Windsor Lions have served the Windsor Community for 70 years and has teamed with Munson’s Handcrafted Chocolates, voted “Connecticut’s Best” year after year, for an amazing fundraiser! Since 1946, Munson’s has offered only the highest quality chocolate, made locally.

The Windsor Lions will use the entirety of the proceeds from this unique fundraiser to support the Windsor community.

In order to guarantee only the finest traditional chocolate and specialty Easter items, you may order online February 15th to March 4th.

Description: The game will take place on Zoom using video conferencing where families will be able to interact and play trivia with each other live using the Kahoot gaming app! Gather the family to complete for prizes that total over $350! Upon registration you’ll receive further instructions, a local restaurant take out discount code, and a zoom link will be provided.

Planning A Wedding?
Matthies Hall, located on the grounds of the Oliver Ellsworth Homestead in Windsor, is working with a professional wedding planner to enhance the lighting in the hall. Plans call for removal of the current utilitarian lighting in favor of lighting more suitable for wedding receptions and other events.

Events are not being booked at this time due to the pandemic but a reevaluation will occur later this spring. Post-pandemic event packages will be available that include Matthies Hall rental as well as use of the grounds. Some packages include guided tours of the adjacent homestead.

From Saturday, January 23 through Saturday, March 6, the Windsor Art Center presents, in their gallery, Horizons / Transitions: Paintings and drawings by Cathy Doocy. Ms. Doocy has selected works for this exhibition that make particularly clear her unique, playful, and imaginative way of creating art. Drawing on her collage of memories, Ms. Doocy explores composition, color, and line as she paints a landscape that is no particular landscape.
