Do you like board games and card games? Are you looking to play with friends or meet new like-minded friends? If so, sign up for our free game night at LP Wilson Rec Center. Go to the town website to register.... no drop ins please.

This event is free but we encourage you to bring a non-perishable food item for the Windsor Food Bank. We will play a game of our choice each session, instructions will be provided.

Inevitably, experienced as well as inexperienced genealogists hit snags. Society staff members have been helping family history researchers – beginners and experts for many years. Please join us each month for coffee and conversation to promote information sharing, camaraderie, and education as to benefits and entitlements Veterans may be eligible for.

The Coffee Hour will be led by Wayne I. Rioux, Veterans Liaison for Hartford Health Care at Home. Wayne is an Army Vietnam Era Veteran and a retired Connecticut State Police Lieutenant. Wayne brings 6 years of experience in sharing information and assisting Veterans with benefits, entitlements, including financial assistance.

The Windsor Chamber of Commerce Holiday Business Breakfast will be held on Wednesday, December 4th at the Hartford/Windsor Marriott at 28 Day Hill Road in Windsor from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM . Enjoy coffee, tea, a full buffet breakfast and lots of holiday spirit.

Superintendent of Schools Dr. Craig Cooke and Town Manager Peter Souza will give a brief talk about the great things happening in Windsor.

Admission is a $20 cash donation or gift card to support Project Santa families. (Grocery and gas gift cards are especially needed.) We will also be collecting non-perishable food item

50 Year Anniversary Celebration & Festival of Wreaths on December 5 from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
Local businesses, organizations and community members decorated wreaths provided by Kimberly Hall. At this event a silent auction will be conducted and all proceeds will be donated to the Alzheimer's Association. Please join us for a spectacular evening for a fantastic cause.
