Shad Derby Coronation Ball
The 52nd Annual Shad Derby Coronation Ball, being held at 6:00 PM on Saturday, May 6th, 2017 at the Windsor Sheraton. Hosted by the Windsor Junior Woman's Club.

This event is the last night of judging for the Shad Derby Queen Candidates, and before the evening ends the Shad Derby Queen and her court will be announced.

6:00 PM: Welcome! Hors D’oeuvres & Cash Bar
7:00 PM: Dinner, Official Program, Dancing

Price per Person - $70.00

Ferraina, resident of Windsor for 71 years and long-time real estate developer, will show for the first time, his creations, some dating back to the 1960s, all made from a continuous piece of cardboard. Shad Derby Movie Night Under The Stars
This family fun free 2017 Shad Derby event is sponsored by the Town of Windsor Recreation Department. The outdoor movie will take place on Friday, May 5th, 2017 at the L.P. Wilson Community Center from 8:15 PM to 10:00 PM. The movie will be shown on our 22-foot portable inflatable screen.

?This year's family friendly movie feature is Disney's MOANA.

Admission to the movie is FREE.

Blankets, flashlights and lawn chairs are encouraged. Snacks and soft drinks will be available for purchase. Pack a picnic, grab a blanket and take the whole family to enjoy a great outdoor movie experience.
