Jane Garibay Honored by Win-TVThursday night, Windsor Community Television held its 35th anniversary celebration including an award of Special recognition to Jane Garibay, Executive Director of the Windsor Chamber of Commerce to honor her leadership, community involvement and literally saving Win-TV from being closed down.
As Win-TV Station Manager, Jenny Hawran said, "Jane led the charge of positive change. . . to give WIN-TV back to the community. Back on the path it was originally set on by so many people who worked so hard to lay the foundation. She literally rallied community members to get involved and to help guide WIN-TV back to its mission of free speech, diversity and communication."
