Chamber eNews for March 17, 2020: Covid-19 ResourcesThe Chamber has put together a list of resources for dealing with Covid-19. The guide includes information on workplace safety, emergency financing, telework and software resources, and other information for business.
Many businesses will be hurt by the ongoing public health emergency. As Chamber members, we are here to help and support each other. Please take a moment to ask yourself: what am I doing to help my customers, vendors, employees, neighbors, and fellow community members in this tough time?
Though we're all hurting, Windsor's retailers and restaurants are particularly hard hit. Please consider ordering takeout (and tipping as if you'd gotten table service) and purchasing gift certificates to use when it's no longer necessary to maintain social distance. The cash flow from your orders could make the difference.
And please consider donating an item and participating in our online Chamber Cares Auction. The auction is the Chamber's biggest fundraiser, and the bids on your item could make the difference as well in keeping the Chamber a going concern in our community.
Meanwhile, the Chamber is here for Windsor businesses. If you have questions about telework, disaster financing, event guidance, or any other implications of Covid-19, please call us at 860-688-5165 or email us at info@windsorcc.org.
