We will supply you with PowerPoint templates for both the presentation and the poster. The presenter attends at no charge, additional staff and attendees may attend for $75. each. Applicants will be notified on September 1 and materials will be due from accepted applicants on September 8. The event day will include structured presentations, breakout sessions for more detailed Q&A, and networking time. There will be a small charge for participants to pay for food and facilities.
