The Small Business Innovation Office at Connecticut Innovations provides ongoing support for companies that pursue Small Business Innovation Research grants. Connecting Connecticut companies to resources that can help them to thrive and commercialize is a top priority.

The SBIR Acceleration and Commercialization Program started about a year ago. To date, the state has committed over $1,000,000 to Connecticut's SBIR winners to help advance their technologies, win Phase IIs, and speed up revenue generation. - Management of Mass Casualty Triage
- Affordable Non-Destructive Anomaly Detection for Perceived Hollow Spaces
- Pre-Shot Sniper Detection in Urban Environments
