As Win-TV Station Manager, Jenny Hawran said, "Jane led the charge of positive change. . . to give WIN-TV back to the community. Back on the path it was originally set on by so many people who worked so hard to lay the foundation. She literally rallied community members to get involved and to help guide WIN-TV back to its mission of free speech, diversity and communication." Jane Garibay has been the Executive Director of the Windsor Chamber of Commerce for 17 years and in that role has brought many community members, businesses, and organizations together to improve the business and community environments of Windsor. | ||||||
