If you know where Bob is, you could win! TourWindsorCT.org is hosting a “Where’s Bob?” contest in July to celebrate the expansion of the mobile walking tour of Windsor. You can find that new tour on your smartphone at tourwindsorct.org or by clicking the QR code at any of the Windsor center sites. You’ll find historic sites, points of interest and now, retail, restaurants and attractions in Windsor center. Every day, Safari Bob will be taking a selfie at a different spot on the Windsor walking tour. Go to TourWindsorCT.org to tell us where he is when you see our daily posts of Bob on the TourWindsorCT facebook page. Every day we'll choose one winner who will get a $5.00 Chamber Gift Certificate. The mobile website’s partners are the Windsor Chamber of Commerce, First Town Downtown and the Windsor Historical Society. Over the next year, the Wilson and Poquonock/Day Hill areas will be added to the site as well. |
