The weather did not daunt the crowd or the 20+ cooks who competed in the 21st annual Windsor Chamber of Commerce Chili Challenge on Saturday. A little rain was not enough to keep food-loving people from sampling delicious chilis which ranged from meaty and mild to spicy and woo-doggie hot! Chili sample tickets were an affordable $1.00 each, just right for sampling a whole lot of different recipes and local band, Fence Incident, played some great tunes to keep the people dancing. After rigorous judging by a panel of experienced chili tasters, this year's trophies went to the following creative cooks and booth designers! Special recognition goes to Konica Minolta for placing in all three prize categories - a Windsor Chili Challenge first! More photos of the cooks, booths, and crowd can be found at www.windsorcc.org.
