20 Towns in Twenty Days - CBS
The Windsor community celebrated Windsor’s small businesses as part of National Small Business Day on the Town Green on Thursday. Residents and businesses turned out to celebrate Windsor. Citizens enjoyed music and food by the Windsor High School Young Woman's Leadership Group, Windsor High School Band and Windsor's Fife and Drum Corps. The Lions Club gave out popcorn and Menchie's gave away delicious frozen yogurt. Channel 3 filmed live for their "20 Towns in Twenty days" program with host Irene O'Connor. Irene O'Connor asked Executive Director Jane Garibay what she loved about the town and without question her answer was "the people!" Thank you to all who came down to celebrate Windsor and small business! Windsor is a great place to shop, eat, live, work, play and stay! |
