Train Your Employees To Take Over The Company

On January 22nd at 8:00 am at the Windsor Chamber of Commerce, Keith Varriale of J. Morrissey and Company will discuss HR topic "Train your employees as if you want them to take over the company" at the Windsor Business Connections networking meeting.

Windsor Business Connections is a great way to meet other local business owners and representatives, promote your business, and receive referrals and testimonials. Attendees are can hand out their business cards and other promotional materials and are encouraged to make meaningful connections to further each others' businesses.

"Windsor Business Connections provides businesses with a fantastic opportunity to network and showcase their product or service," says Kirsten Barbarotta, Chairperson of the Business Development Committee and President of the Windsor Chamber of Commerce.

At each meeting, attendees give a "30-second commercial" about their business, product or service. Then one person gives a "5-minute spotlight" talk about some aspect of their business or industry. A business-related topic is discussed, often with a guest speaker.

The meetings take place on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 8:00 am at the Windsor Chamber of Commerce, 261 Broad Street in Windsor. Coffee and tea are complimentary, provided by The Beanery at Bart's. Attendance is free.
