More than 100 meals were served to the students who took the SATs at Windsor High School that was almost two-thirds of those who signed up to take the test that day! All of the meals were donated by Windsor Kiwanis, as the organization's way of encouraging the students to do their very best. Windsor Kiwanis event organizers say they hope to host these pre-SAT breakfasts at Windsor High School at least once a year.maybe more. The Kiwanis Club of Windsor has been actively involved in the Town of Windsor for over 46 years, helping in many ways. The organization is dedicated to changing the world "one child at a time and one community at a time" and gives out thousands of dollars worth of scholarships to Windsor students every year. Kiwanians are ordinary people who perform extraordinary "hands-on" work. In Windsor, Conn., as elsewhere around the world, the Kiwanis Club is a snapshot of the community; a group of dedicated, caring and involved volunteers who believe that they can make a positive difference in their community.
