Phyllis Stargardter, Administrative Assistant
Phyllis has been with the Windsor Chamber of Commerce since 2003, is a graduate of C.C.S.U. and a Windsor resident since 1985.

The Chamber couldn't provide the multitude of services that it does without our dedicated staff and volunteers.
