Phyllis Stargardter, Administrative Assistant
Phyllis has been with the Windsor Chamber of Commerce since 2003, is a graduate of C.C.S.U. and a Windsor resident since 1985.

The Chamber couldn't provide the multitude of services that it does without our dedicated staff and volunteers.

There are many more volunteers not pictured including Lisa Boccia, Carol Engelmann, and Sharran Selig Bennett, who won 2016 volunteer awards for their amazing support and countless hours served!
