Tourism Committee Meeting

Present: Jane Garibay, Paula Pierce, Ashley Williams, Christine Ermenc, Sharran Selig, Naomi Rothe and Phyllis Stargardter

Meeting Notes:

1. Walking Tour

• Map: No loop needed

• Rack cards: were sent to Konica to be printed. 500 to start for Shad Derby. 2,000 later.

Distribution to hotels, library, gas stations?

• Feed Back page with Questions.

What did they like about page? What could we do to improve? What town are you from? and an email address.

• We can send flyers to schools

• We can submit to Towns “There’s a Lot Going on in Windsor

• Add Restaurants next, designate WCC members.

• App should be live on Saturday May 16 Shad Derby Day.

2. Passport

• To start June 16

• Restaurant letters went out.

• Invite member Retail to participate possibly next year

• Prizes: Fit Bit is in,, Instant Camera is in, Restaurant & Attraction G.C. package

• WCC Sponsorship letters to go out.
