Rich Esposito is the Chief Financial Officer of The Loomis Chaffee School. Formerly, Rich served at The Holton-Arms School in Bethesda, Maryland in the same capacity. Prior to his school experience, Mr. Esposito worked at Ford Motor Company where he served many roles, including Finance Manager, Special Studies. In addition, he also has extensive experience in strategic planning and new ventures with several privately held firms. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter in New York. A graduate of Georgetown University, Mr. Esposito was the captain of the baseball team and named to the Academic All-Big East Conference Team, and was nominated as an Academic All-American. He received his MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was awarded a Warren Fellowship. Mr. Esposito and his family live on the Loomis Chaffee campus in Windsor.
