I joined Amazon Fulfillment in 2010. Over the past six years, held numerous positions within Operations to include Area Manager, Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager and currently the Site Leader for BDL1 in Windsor, CT. I moved to CT last year to launch BDL1 as the Senior Operations manager, responsible for all outbound operations while coaching and mentoring a team of five operations managers and 14 area managers. In this position, responsible for all people development and operations objectives in outbound while launching the largest Amazon Robotics field in the world and onboarding over 900 associates. This is the second Fulfillment Center I have launched with Amazon. I graduated from Norwich University (Military College of Vermont) in 2006 and Commissioned in the US Army, serving on active duty as a Cavalry Scout platoon leader from 2006-2010. During this time served overseas, conducting combat operations in Baghdad, Iraq and earned the Bronze Star. After leaving active duty and joining Amazon, remained in the Army Reserve as a Company Commander for a Drill Sergeant Company until resigning in 2013. Outside of Amazon I am an avid home brewer and enjoy spending time with my wife, Katie, our 4 year old son and 8 month old daughter. As a NH native, glad to be back in New England, although my wife’s family is in KS and TX, so we spend time traveling between the different states.
