Windsor's Early Childhood Council, the ECC, is a group of dedicated parents, grandparents, childcare providers, early childhood educators, town and school employees and other community members who act on behalf of Windsor Children from birth through age eight. The result we want for all our children is that: All Windsor children ages birth through eight will come to school ready, willing and able to succeed as caring, capable and confident learners. If you are interested in improving care for young children please join us. We meet on the second Tuesday of every month. Windsor's ECC is a catalyst for change in our community. We offer parents and childcare providers information and opportunities to give young children the nurturing environment they need to reach their full potential.
