Typically the Company acquires its properties on an all cash basis and re-positions the assets into multi-tenant facilities that meet the current and future needs of the market. Substantial capital improvements are typically made to create a first class quality property. Cornerstone is part of a family business based in the Waterbury area since 1895. As such, the Company acquires its capital from internal sources. The Company manages all of the buildings in our portfolio and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality to our tenants at competitive rental rates. Most of our buildings have tenants that have leased space for two and three lease renewal terms, a testament to the high levels of service we provide our tenants and their resulting satisfaction with the space they lease.
