New Teachers' Reception

As business people, we believe in a strong educational system. Every summer the Windsor Chamber of Commerce organizes a welcome luncheon for all teachers new to the Windsor school system.

Chamber members may attend the luncheon, meet and chat with the new teachers, introduce themselves and their business to the entire group, and include materials (promotional item, coupon, brochure, pen, etc) in each teachers' welcome packet.

Brown's Harvest Now Hiring For The Fall
Brown’s Harvest Family Farm in Windsor, CT, is now hiring for their Fall Fun Team. They sell farm related items such as pumpkins, gourds, mums and yummy homemade cider donuts.
Brown's Harvest is celebrating their 38th Fall Harvest season and are looking for an enthusiastic team of people who love the outdoors and work well with kids and families. Employees must be reliable and responsible people who are available to work weekends September to November 1st.They are open daily from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Brown's Harvest is open weekdays for group tours and field trips by appointment. All three mazes are open daily with hayrides available to the public on weekends. They also host birthday parties and other group events.
